Returns & Refunds
How we handle International Refunds?
We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, we reduce refunds for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at our returns facility after 45 days.
You will receive a refund processed at the exchange rate effective at the time of purchase, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 5 - 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
International Return Policy?
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
If you initiate a return after 30 days, We may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
How will my refund be issued with Bitcoin?
Returned orders qualify for a refund in Bitcoin. The refund will be issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed. Your refund will be issued through Coinbase using the email address listed on your account.
If your item is damaged or defective, you may return it for a replacement of the exact item. Replacement orders will ship once we receive and process your original item return at our warehouse. All other Returns Policy terms and conditions apply.
All refunds are issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate at the time the refund is completed.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS
Returns Policy
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
