Shipping Information

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in selected cities.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 7-9 days Rest of the world: delivery within 7-9 days

UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 6-8 days

UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 5-7 days Rest of the world: delivery within 8-10days

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Standard Shipping to the U.S.

We offer standard free shipping everyday on U.S. orders over $1999* when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Orders under $1999 ship for only $7.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
* Sales tax and charitable donations are excluded from the subtotal for purposes of this offer.

Most orders ship within 5-6 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the Shipping & Returns tab. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
